You have to follow this instruction:
Log on to IB, MHA Official Website which is www.mha.nic.in
Look for the appropriate link in 'What's New' Section of the Website.
Click on the Appropriate link to Download Admit Cards for IB ACIO 2013.
User credentials like Registration Number and Passwords(Password is the the combination of first three letter of your name and your DOB) are required to log in your Profile
Log In your Profile and Download the Admit Card.
