Profile Description: Administration, Configuration and Maintenance of:

• VOIP PBX for Contact Centre led offerings for Avaya, Microsoft, Cisco , Aspect and other technology solutions.
• Network and security components like Router, Switches, Firewalls, Audio/ Video Set up, Servers and Storage.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications: 
B.E in Electronics and Telecommunications/ Computers/ Information Technology/ Electronics
OR
MCA/MCS

Key Requirements:

• Attained 60% and above throughout the academic tenure
• Year of Graduation/ Post Graduation : 2012 or 2013
• A year's gap (maximum) between levels of graduation
• Excellent communication skills
• Selected candidates to be willing to re- locate and work at any of AGC locations across India
